Biohack Performance was born out of a simple frustration: there are thousands of biohacking blogs but almost none that work with real data. Instead: anecdotes, influencer deals, and claims without substance.
I've worn the Whoop 4.0 every day for over a year. Since early 2026, I've also been using the Abbott FreeStyle Libre 3 for continuous glucose monitoring. The data goes into a local database — and I analyze what it actually says.
What this site is about
No hype cycling. No "5 biohacks that will change your life." Instead:
